Variables From Webhook Not Passing After Successful Tests

Using the Webhook by Pabbly action and I have sucessfully received a payload with all the variables that I can plug into my next step (Mailchimp).

When sending a test request on both actions, we are successful but when the flow is left to run automatically, nothing is coming into Mailchimp.
