Step-by-Step Guide
- Accessing the Verify Single Email Feature
- Log in to your Pabbly Email Verification account.
- Navigate to the Dashboard page (which is the default page once you log in).
- You will see the Verify Email option in the top-right corner, under the Dashboard summary.
- Verifying an Email Address
- On the dashboard, locate the Verify Single Email option.
- You will be prompted to enter an email address that you want to verify in a text box titled "Enter Email".
- Type the email address you want to verify. For example: [email protected]
- After entering the email address, click on the Verify button to start the verification process.
- Verification Result
- After a few moments, the system will verify the email address.
- Once verified, the system will provide you with the result:
- Deliverable: If the email address is valid and capable of receiving messages, you will see a success message indicating the email is deliverable.
- Undeliverable: If the email address is invalid or cannot be reached, you will see a message indicating the email is undeliverable.
- Deliverable: If the email address is valid and capable of receiving messages, you will see a success message indicating the email is deliverable.
- What Happens After Verification?
- If the email address is valid and deliverable, you can safely use it in your campaigns or communications.
- If the email address is undeliverable, you should consider removing it from your email list to avoid sending emails to non-existent addresses.
