Waiting For Response Never Gets a Response

I have the same issue with multiple applications/connections. I get to the point where I have attached the application to pabbly but then when I am testing the forms, it never recieves a response. The same exact thing happens in Typeform, TikTok and Go High Level. How do I get past this?
