Want to send Bulk whatsall Message

Dear Sir,

I have an excel sheet with 3 columns :
Column 1: A) Sr. No
Column 2: B) Mobile Number
Columns 3: C) Message

I want to send Whatsapp messages to all mobile numbers with messages in excel. Kindly send me the steps that I can do.
(This is no scheduled msg want send immediate messages)
