Want to separate MailerLite groups by GoogleForm answers

Hello.

I work with Google Form and MailerLite.

I will let you register to MailerLite when Form sends you.

If the answer to "Item 1" on GoogleForm is "A," grant the group "ABC" when registering on MailerLite,
If the answer to "Item 1" on Google Form is "B," I want to give the group "DEF" when registering on MailerLite.

I want to do it in one Workflows.

How can I do it?
