Want to upgrade my current billing plan from 12000 tasks to 24000 Task

Hi Team,

I want to upgrade my current billing plan from 12000 Monthly tasks to 24000 Monthly Task.

Please let me know how to proceed for the same. I cannot see any option in my account where my previous payment for 12000 is being adjusted with the new billing of 24000 task. Also confirm If i upgrade all my workflows will remain same.

Please advise.

Hi @studycafe,

You can click on the 'Upgrade' button and purchase the plan of your choice. You will be allocated tasks according to the selected plan.

Once you've done that, please let us know, and we will cancel your current plan from our end. Your workflow will remain functioning the way it is now.
