WATI Messages not going

Hello Team,

I am using Shopify for my e-shop my workflow entire steps are working where I am taking data and putting into Google Sheet and then sending thank you messages to users whatsapp number using Wati WhatsApp messages. But my workflow is giving success message and I am not receiving whatsapp message from the funnel.

We have checked and verified your workflow and the WATI step is executing fine. We would recommend you to use a "Number Formatter" and enter the phone numbers in "91XXXXXXXXXX" format. You can learn more about Number formatter here -
