We have a workflow that includes sending wati templates to contacts.. Most of the times, it is successful, but there are a few times that it returns a partial error.. Do you have any idea why the error and any possible solution to this? Thanks

Hey @Armay

The error in the attachment comes when the API is unable to process your request in under 15 seconds, plausibly you might have passed many requests on their server and because of that, the above messages are displayed.

What do you mean many requests? on WATI is it? is it when there are a number of contacts being sent to? I don't think we have a lot of contacts that would be sent to at the same times.

Anyway, any possible solution to this?

Hey @Armay

If there are so many requests to the API, the application server gets low sometimes and is unable to process the messages. So in that case the API failed to work under 15 seconds.

Anyway, any possible solution to this?
Check for the rate limits acceptable by the API and the message was too large to process or not. Check for the connection and can contact the same to the WATI support team.

We scheduled a WATI reminder last week for a one time broadcast. But it sent the same message twice. Any idea why? Thanks again.

Hey @Armay

It seems like you might have re-executed the previously executed task again at the same time. Kindly cross-check again and let us know if you face any further issues.
