Im new here I have this problem triying to get abandoned cart from woocomerce to whatsappi api

the url from checkouts end with this: ?wcf_ac_token=something, reading something i found i need to configure wc session for unloged ussers or something like that. Someone can help me with this.

Hi @Cperalta,

ManyContact requires you to enter the phone number without the '+' sign. We have added a Text Formatter to your workflow that will automatically remove the '+' sign. Please abandon the other cart and see if that fixes your issue.
