Webhook automation didn't fire - any idea why

I authorize Pabbly Support to log in to my account and make changes to the specified workflow for troubleshooting.
I can see the webhook delivered to Pabbly, but the automation didn't fire (it's not in Task history). This is the webhook data:

To assist you further, could you please confirm the webhook source from which the data is being sent to the Pabbly webhook URL (for example, the application or platform triggering the webhook)?

Additionally, please confirm the exact date and time when the data was sent to the webhook URL, as mentioned in your previous reply. This will help us correlate the incoming request with the workflow logs and identify why the task did not get created.

Once we have this information, we will be able to investigate the issue more accurately.
