We found the critical issue, the that Webhook is not able to pick up simple json string which we don't have issue before. Check out the following TAsk ids as well

Please check Task ID IjU3NjUwNTY1MDYzNzA0M2M1MjZkNTUzNzUxM2E1MTY1NTQzMTBmMzAi_pc, ran on 17th Dec. It was working well. We didn't do any changes at all.

Please recapture the response in your workflow with Simple Response enabled. Once this is done, kindly trigger the workflow again and share the Task History ID that gets generated so we can review the issue further.

Additionally, please confirm the source of the trigger response (for example, the application or service sending the data).

We will review this and assist you accordingly.

We met the same issue with this NEW WORKFLOW

Workflow:

We have checked the JSON format is valid.
We have also tried another simple JSON, also failed!

Hi Thanks.

We understand the JSON extractor works. However, we believe this Webhook issue surfaced since your team has included the different types of Response Format. It may break all our earlier workflows created past years.
Please find a resolution as soon and update.

Upon checking with our team, it appears the issue was related to the trigger application sending data in a specific format, even when Simple Response was enabled. Based on the latest task history, the issue now seems to be resolved.

Please check from your end and let us know if you face any further issues.
