webhook not working

Can support at pabbly please help.
As of one hour ago my "Intake - Create new ticket" workflow has stopped running??? this the last one to run. I have had this for some time and nothing has changed. I have tried testing the webhook and it will not work, it just keeps loading and I have over 3000 task ran. I use it daily for business and this is a very important issue for us.

It appears that the "custPhoneSearchesHS" field which you have used in your workflow in the "HubSpot CRM: Search a Contact" action step is not coming from your "Cognito Forms: New Entry" trigger event.
