Webhook received successfully (HTTP 200), but no Task History was created for 4 executions

PabblyがWebhookリクエストを正常に受信するものの、タスク履歴が作成されず、ワークフローが実行されないという問題が発生しています。

ワークフロー名:
_shared_Map_KeyWord

Google Apps Scriptで設定したWebhook URLが、Pabbly Connectに表示されている現在のWebhook URLと完全に一致することを確認しました。また、両方のURLを直接比較し、違いがないことも確認しました。

Google Apps Script から以下の 4 つの Webhook リクエストが送信されました。

• 2026年8月9日午前9時4分頃（日本標準時）

• 2026年8月10日午前9時4分頃（日本標準時）

  HTTPステータス: 200

• 2026年8月12日午前9時4分頃（日本標準時）
  key_id: goodday_10
  HTTPステータス: 200
  Pabblyレスポンス: Webhook received
  message_id:1786493062801-0

しかし、これらの実行に関するタスク履歴は一切存在しません。

2026年8月9日から13日までのタスク履歴をフィルタリングしたところ、8月9日、8月10日、8月11日、8月12日の記録はありませんでした。

比較のために：

• 2026年8月8日：ワークフローが正常に実行され、タスク履歴が存在します。
• 2026年8月13日：ワークフローが再度実行され、タスク履歴が存在します。

つまり、状況は以下のようになっているようだ。

Google Apps Script → Pabbly Webhook endpoint: SUCCESS (HTTP 200)

しかし

Pabbly Webhook reception → Task creation/workflow execution: NO RECORD

リクエストはウェブフックエンドポイントによって拒否されませんでした。Pabblyは成功応答とを返しましたがmessage_id、対応するタスクはタスク履歴に存在しません。

上記のタイムスタンプとメッセージIDを使用して、社内のWebhook取り込み、キュー、およびタスク作成ログを確認していただけますでしょうか？

特に知りたいのは以下の点です。

1. これら4つのWebhookリクエストがPabblyの内部処理キューに到達したかどうか。
2. タスク履歴が作成されなかった理由。
3. リクエストがWebhookの受信からタスク作成までの間に破棄されたかどうか。
4. これが8月9日から12日の間に発生したパブリーサイドでの一時的な事故によって引き起こされたものかどうか。
5. 欠落した実行結果を安全に復元または再処理できるかどうか。

必要であれば、タスク履歴とGoogle Apps Scriptのログのスクリーンショットを提供できます。

On Aug 14 at 03:34 JST, I manually executed the exact same Google Apps Script using the same webhook URL and the same workflow.

This time, Pabbly created the Task History normally and the workflow completed successfully, including the Google Business Profile post.

Therefore, the webhook configuration itself appears to be correct.

The issue appears limited to the webhook requests received on Aug 9–12, which returned HTTP 200 and “Webhook received” with message IDs but never generated Task History.

Thank you for your reply.

In this workflow, the trigger source is not a lead form. The webhook requests are sent from Google Apps Script.

I have attached a screenshot of the GAS execution/log records for August 9–12. These four webhook requests were successfully sent to the exact Pabbly webhook URL, and Pabbly returned HTTP 200 with "status":"success" and "message":"Webhook received" for each request.

The corresponding message IDs are:

• Aug 9: 1786233862547-0

• Aug 10: 1786320262394-0

• Aug 11: 1786406662153-0

• Aug 12: 1786493062801-0

However, no Task History was created for any of these four executions.

I also confirmed that the webhook URL used by GAS is exactly identical to the webhook URL curre

ntly configured in Pabbly.

As an additional test, I manually executed the same GAS on Aug 14 at approximately 03:34 JST. That request was received normally, a Task History was created, and the workflow completed successfully, including the Google Business Profile post.

Could you please check the internal webhook ingestion / queue / task-creation logs for the four message IDs above and confirm why no Task History was generated?
