Webhook Telegram Integration

Hi everyone,
need to connect my website with webhooks to telegram to:
* add users to a group
* remove users from a group
Depending on their subscription status.
Cannot find how to do it. Anyone can help?

Hi and thanks for the kind reply.
Need a different function:
1. my website sends a webhook to pabbly with a telegram username
2. a function add the username to a group/channel, or sends an invitation to the group/channel
Is this possible?
