Webhook with Ticketspice

Hi Pabbly,

Today I am re-creating a workflow I have used many times in the past. The workflow is basic - capture data from ticketspice registration and send to constant contact. The webhook response is not coming across in the workflow builder though. I have tried both the classic route - capture webhook response, and the newer Trigger Event - New Registration.

Can you please help me troubleshoot?

Update - it took about an hour for a webhook response to come through so I could proceed with setting up the rest of the workflow. When I first began using Pabbly and webhooks, the data was nearly instantaneous. I had noticed in August though an increase in the time it was taking for the information to come from registration into constant contact (sometimes as much as 2 hours). Is this a known issue - with ticketspice webhook or webhooks in general?

Hi @Sue078,

The trigger used in TicketSpice is based on descriptive webhooks, and we do not have control over the data that the source application sends to Pabbly Connect. The responses appear in the trigger step when they are sent from the source application.

You can try testing the response time on Webhook.site to see if you are receiving an instant response there or not.
