Webhook Working Only When I Send Test Payload

Aloha! I am building an Action in a chatbot builder called, ChatWith. I set up the webhook in and when I send test payload to Pabbly it works. However, when I actually use the chatbot, it collects the data and confirms that it received the data but then it never seems to get to Pabbly. When I refresh to fetch the latest captured responses, no data is received. Could this be a configuration mistake I made in Pabbly, or is it ChatWith not sending to Pabbly?

I figured it out! In the bot's system prompt I needed to edit the prompt to add the task of running the enabled Action.
