EDIT: this is now fixed (but I can't work out how to delete this thread!). Although the Test brings up an error, when deployed on the community site (a manual step that is easy to miss, and has to be done after you've configured the webhook) it then works in Pabbly.
I can't get webhooks in the new Tribe 2.0 / Bettermode to work with Pabbly Connect, I think because the Tribe / Bettermode webhook requires validation.
Whether I use the Trigger module of either Webhooks or Tribe within Pabbly, I get the same error message in Tribe / Bettermode's dashboard:
Error: test request failed:
I understood from this previous thread that the webhook validation would be done by the native integration, but it doesn't seem to be doing so (or I'm doing something wrong!).
Here are the Tribe / Bettermode developer docs, where they talk about challenge validation.
Any ideas what I'm doing wrong, or if there is a fix you can do?
