I have consulted with our team and discovered issues with the Facebook Conversion API. Currently, we are using API v18 however, offline Conversions API has been deprecated since v16. Consequently, we are unable to integrate and utilize the Facebook offline conversion API. We have reached out to Meta's team and are awaiting a response from their them. Our progress is halted until the Facebook offline conversion team updates their API version.
We will get back to you as soon as we have any updates from Facebook's end.

and is also the regular conversion API has the same issue with a pixel?

We have yet to receive an update from Meta's end. The Facebook Conversion API is not related to the Facebook Offline Conversion API, so it should not have this issue.

hello @ArshilAhmad , I have set the desired automation i have a couple of issues I need your help with.
Does Pabbly have a guide on how to set Facebook conversation API fully not just for testing I'm missing 6 parameters:

in the workflow I didn't find any mapping option for the date of birth parameter, also im I'm missing the rest of these to enhance my data quality.

Could you please record a short screen recording elaborating a bit more on your exact concern related to the parameters? Also, could you elaborate on what you mean by fully setting up the Facebook Conversions API?

from what I searched and got an understanding I need to create a Google Analytics part with Google Tag Manager to obtain most of these parameters, yet I don't see a guide on Pabbly on how how connect that to each event matched by the user logged into the website.

There is no such action event in Google Analytics currently available in Pabbly Connect that can match each event with a particular one.

We don't have an integration with Google Tag Manager, so we won't be able to assist or guide you on how to obtain this data regarding this application.
