Note that the workflow has not been paused and continues to run according to your settings. Further, you have the option to re-execute tasks that encountered error from the history section.


I've also attached a screenshot because i don't know how to fix this on my own

Hi @JohnBrady,

The issue primarily arises because the old token expires and is regenerated every hour. There can be instances where a request is sent using Token A, but during the process, a new Token B is generated. Since LeadConnector only recognizes the latest token (Token B), any requests made using the old token (Token A) will result in an error.
We have added a Delay After Queue as step 2 of your workflow. Please monitor your workflow for some time and see if that rectifies this issue.
