WhatsApp API issue

I want using pabbly and WhatsApp API for my online Business but I have to face some issues like when I make the app in Facebook developer of WhatsApp then I had to add my number which is not available on WhatsApp. so i did the same but when i connect my whatsapp api with pabbly i don't get response
So now I want you to please guide me Which number will be put in API setup and then Do I have to create WhatsApp on it? Or do I have to put such a number on which WhatsApp is not available Please clear up the confusion for me, I am very upset.
And when I generated Permanent Access Token So my API setting option will be gone. why did this happen, didn't I have to live my App?

Hi @shiza,

WhatsApp Cloud API doesn't allow the use of an existing number for sending automated messages. You need a new number that hasn't been used in WhatsApp Messenger (on your phone).

Generating a Permanent Access Token is unrelated to the API settings option in your WhatsApp Cloud API account. Please try hard refreshing your browser and see if that resolves the issue of API setup not being displayed. If it doesn't, please contact Meta's support to understand why the API setup section is not displaying in your WhatsApp Cloud API interface.
