Whatsapp cloud api direct messaging

I am using the whatsapp cloud api, it is showing some info that is present in google sheets.
Here I am using "Send text message" as action event, but the message is not getting sent. Can anyone please help.

Hey @pdl

You must use a "Send Template Message" action if the end-user didn't start the discussion on your WhatsApp. Only you may use this action step once the user has begun a chat with your WhatsApp.

I am not able to understand which acc I used for creating the message template, can you help with that

Kindly use the "Send Template Message" action step instead of using "Send Text Message" since the end-user didn't start the discussion on your WhatsApp.
