Whatsapp Cloud API template list is not populating

Please refer to this tutorial for setting up the connection with WhatsApp Cloud API using a permanent access token -

While setting up, we request you to record your screen and share the recording with us if the issue persists. This will help us analyze the problem more effectively.

Additionally, we recommend using the "Send Template Message (Beta)" action instead of "Send Template Message." To assist you, we have attached a short video explaining how to use this action. This solution will not make any sense. We tried four to five times, still it is not working.

Hi madam,
We used the image in the whats app template, We followed the satndard recommandations (like Image size) to send the template with image but is is not working. Any suggetion on this?

Text Templates are working fine

We have noticed that the API response indicates "message accepted," which means the message should have been sent successfully. However, when we tested by sending messages to one of our numbers, they were not received.

Since the API response confirms that the message should have been sent, there is nothing that needs to be adjusted from our end. If the message is still not delivered, we recommend reaching out to the WhatsApp Cloud API team for further assistance, as they would be better equipped to investigate the issue.
