I understand the video above me. But I have one big problem:
It is possible to send out automated messages to my Facebook leads through Pabbly with WhatsApp messages. But when you register your number in the Facebook API, you can not log in to WhatsApp business anymore. So the only option to read your messages is like in the video? Because when I receive a message, how can I react on it haha? I don't get it fixed.... I would like to chat with my leads after they answer on my automated messages

You guys can consider using the WATI solution where they offer inboxes as well so that you can receive all messages replied from your leads and can communicate further with them.
