Hi,
I have successfully integrated my Lex Chatbot using Twilio (TEST Number) with the WhatsApp. Now, next step is to make it LIVE. But I cant do it because Twilio TEST Number is for testing and POC purpose only. Also, Twilio does NOT support Indian Number for WhatsApp integration.
The other option I explored is 360Dialog as integration bridge between Lex Chatbot and WhatsApp. This supports Indian WhatsApp number too. I am facing TWO problems....
1/ It's too costly and complex to integrate
2/ I cant find any video on YouTube which clearly explains the Integration steps (Lex Chatbot integration with WhatsApp using 360Dialog, and sample Python code of calling WhatsApp Business API)
Can anyone help me in this regard?
