Whatsapp order confirmation message capturing customer response and update the order statut (woocommerce new order , or google sheets new row )

How could we set an automated confirmation message for new orders to be sent to new customers and update the order statut based on their response ,

maybe associate that message sent with a unique session ID , ?

I tried to include the order id on the buttons but meta dont allows you to put variation on buttons , tried a link it didnt work too , the message should be with buttons ,
