whatsapp to erpnext

Hi, I want to connect whatsapp with ERPNEXT via pabble connect. How to capture WhatsApp messages in ERPNEXT via pabbly connect ? Right now with pabbly connect we can send msg to whatsapp from erpnext.

Ex: i want to connect ERPNEXT Helpdesk and if some one send msg via whatsapp, ticket should be created in ERPNEXT helpdesk and Viseversa. Can i achieve this by using pabbly connect, please confirm.

You can set up WhatsApp Cloud API as your trigger step to capture the messages and use ERPNext: Add Issue action event to create tickets.

Follow the steps given in the video attached below to setup WhatsApp as your trigger application. Only the first half is relevant.
