This workflow is supposed to take a Google Review and add it to a Google Spreadsheet, however I am getting an error.

Error:

Invalid JSON payload received. Unknown name "": Root element must be a message.

It seems that the error is occurring because there are no column headers mentioned in your Google Sheet. Please add them and then attempt the process again.
