Wish to remove my Pabbly account from meta integration

Dear Pabbly Support Team,

I am facing an issue with the Pabbly integration on my Meta account. Despite removing all connections, including from Business Integration and Business Suite Integration, Pabbly is still visible and seems to be linked to my Meta account.

I would like to completely disintegrate Pabbly from my Facebook page and Meta account. Please provide assistance or a solution to ensure it is fully removed.

Hello @midhu,

To achieve this, you would need to delete Pabbly Connect from your Facebook settings as well as remove it from the CRMs assigned under Lead Access in Meta Suite. This should ensure that Pabbly is fully disintegrated from your Facebook page and Meta account.

still the pabbly is connected with my account , all the methods are done, the shared video is also not satisfactory, please find the images attached

Hello @midhu,

We couldn’t find any video attached in your previous reply. However, based on the screenshots you provided, you will need to delete the CRM and the app installed under Business Integrations and Meta Suite to fully remove the connections with Pabbly Connect.
