Wix Contacts Validation Error

I am trying to sync contacts from Hubspot to Wix, but I get this validation error. Does this mean I'm required to have a phone number for each contact? I don't always have a phone number for every contact. is there a work around for this?

Hi @KeyBerry,

Yes, the phone number is a required field as per Wix's API documentation.

You can add a router to your workflow and set it up in this manner. This workflow is just for reference; do not enable it.

This way, you can assign a default phone number to a contact if the phone number does not come from HubSpot.

Please try establishing a new connection with your Wix account and see if that fixes the issue for you.
