Woo Commerce data to Google sheets

Hello Pabbly Support team! My pabbly account is [email protected]

I already have a workflow to capture data from Woocommerce to our Revenue sheet(Google sheets). In this workflow it is set up that Woocommerce brings numerous data from the order but I pick only order date, product name, client name, country, price of the product, tax, total, discount and payment method.
But along with this workflow I would like to build a new workflow connecting Woocommerce order data to Google sheets where all the data from the order is picked up in the Google Sheets.
The challenge is that if a client orders only one product, it is easy to pick up data. In case the client buys more than one product in one single order then how to get all the order data to Google Sheets? Will you please help me with this? If there is a discount or a client comes through affiliate link then the order details from Woocommerce looks different. The headers are not the same in the same order arrangement also.

Hey @Akiladevi

For your use case concerns, you may refer to the following video lesson which will assist you in executing the same automation.

Sorry @Supreme this was not the one I asked for. I am asking
1. all the items fetched from the Woocommerce order data has to find a column on Google sheet. For example if there are 20 data picked for an order without discount then all the 20 data should be filled in the 20 columns of the Google sheet.
2. if there is a discount coupon used by a client during the order then there would be 30 data fetched from Woocommerce. Now these 30 data items also should find a place in Google sheets.
3. If a client came as referral from an affiliate then the client has a discount coupons also. In this case, there might be 50 data fetched from the Woocommerce. Now all these 50 data should enter a row where each data is present in each column

Hey @Akiladevi

That can be possible if the response you are getting from WooCommerce has a field which specifies if any coupon or discount is applied. If there is, you can use Router by Pabbly.

We already have a video similar to this use case on our YouTube channel. Kindly refer to this link -

You will have to set up your workflow in similar pattern, only difference would be that the "Filters" here are based on products. Whereas in your case, they will be based on discount coupons.

Let us know if you get stuck at any step.
