WooCommerce Create Coupon error: <strong>Error:</strong> Unknown username. Check again or try your email address.

I'm trying to setup a Workflow to generate a WooCommerce coupon.

I've configured the API connection to WooCommerce properly, but the Workflow step errors with "<strong>Error:</strong> Unknown username. Check again or try your email address."

How can I get past this error?

Could you please share the workflow URL in which you have this concern?

I had to remove that step, since the workflow is otherwise active. This was something new I was trying to add in.

Is there some other way to troubleshoot?

Please try establishing a new connection with your WooCommerce account and see if that fixes the issue for you.

Creating a new API token looks to have worked.
