WooCommerce Meta Data Trouble

Hi there,
I got these data from a woocommerce order updated: https://nimb.ws/HYQ4qDT

Since woocommerce has no precise order for handling meta data, I thought I would capture the meta data this way and extract the code I need.

So I get this now but I can't extract just the AV640363151 code to continue the workflow...How could I get this?
