You can set up your workflow in this manner to achieve your desired use case. This workflow is just for reference; you need to make the exact changes in your original workflow.


I m not getting any Invoice Field in Line items?
Could you please share a screenshot of the field you are referring to and indicate where you want to pass the data from this field?


.Is this trigger work only if the customer already available on Zoho books? or I have to create another trigger to create/Send Customer from Woocommerce to Zoho books?
Please check out the reference workflow. We have added a router to the workflow, which will help you create a new customer in Zoho Books if they don't already exist, and then create a sales order for that customer.

How can I Only Send particular Order Which Order Status is in "Completed" and then only sent to Zoho Books
You can add a Filter to your workflow to ensure that a sales order is created only for completed orders in WooCommerce.

I m also not getting Contact ID from Zoho book
In the 'Find Customer' action step, you will get the Contact ID only if a customer with the email address you are searching for exists in your Zoho Books. Since there was no customer with that email address at the time, no Contact ID was shown in the response. Please check the reference workflow, which shows the response you get when you search for an existing customer.

It is essential to search for an existing customer, as the Contact ID will also be used to set up the Router filter conditions.
