WooCommerce to WhatsApp Triggering Issue

I created one WooCommerce New order created to WhatsApp msg automation. Though it's firing at few times but not always. I am unable to figure this out. Can someone help me?

It's not triggering altogether at times

Hey @droliaz

We looked into your workflow (3DayChallenge 12th Nov-Woocommerce) and it seems like the workflow is working accordingly as the filter inside the router is filtering the WooCommerce's order on the basis of its status which you have set up as Processing.

Filter condition -

Further, we checked the Whatsapp message sending step as well and it is also working fine.

But why all purchases are not triggering?

Is there any other way around? I use Razor pay to receive payment through WooCommerce

Hey @droliaz

The Trigger is getting all the purchases but because of your filter condition, some purchases are restricted and don't process through.

You can check all the order detail which is coming on the history section of your workflow. So kindly review your workflow and let us know.

But both the order status is showing pending, but one is paid and one not.
What do I choose now?

Hey @droliaz

For your concern, you need another workflow with similar action steps only with the Trigger event of WooCommcerce of " Order Updated" which if later the particular order get the payment it will capture the order with status "processing"/"completed".

Kindly try the workflow with the "Order Updated" trigger event and let us know if that resolves your concern.

Yes, every action step remains the same except the Trigger event of "Order Updated".

I tried capturing the response after waiting for sometime. In Woocommerce it was saying pending and then after some time I made a purchase.

But its not capturing the response
