Wordpress Reset Password Trigger

Hello Folks!
I did a trigger in Pabbly that tells Wordpress everytime somebody Updates his profile and change the password some data will come to my MySQL... Everything is great with the user changes his password INSIDE My Account page.

Buuut, if someone Reset the password (outside the my account page), if he forgot his password, the trigger does not work!

Basically I need everytime someone Change his password OR Reset the password, Pabbly send some data to my mysql database.

Can someone help me? I can't figure out how to do that.

BTW: I am using WP-Webhooks

We looked into Wordpress's API documentation and currently, they are not providing any trigger event when a user Reset the password (outside my account page) if he forgot his password.
