Wordpress to Dialog360

I am trying to create a connection via Pabbly connect between Wordpress and Dialog360. The idea is to send a message to a user on registration. However I am getting stuck in 2 places one I am unable to retrieve the mobile number field in my form and secondly whatsapp is not going when I manually insert a number.
