I have a value in attached google sheet, when the value will be change in the given column it should perform workflow automatically on the given condition.

Workflow doesn't run automatically on changing the value in google sheet column.

When updating the data into your Google Sheets, make sure to add the data to your trigger column as well in order to trigger the workflow.
To make automation work, you need to enable 'Send On Event' if you're manually entering data into your Google Sheets. If the data added to your Google Sheets comes from another API or third-party application, you also need to enable 'Auto Send on Schedule'.
Note: If your data is being added from an external source/API (Pabbly Connect), your workflow will take up to 1 hour to get triggered.

it's working on initial setup by clicking on send test. To perform it automatically on the column updating it got some extra delay to perform the workflow.
Are you updating the data in your spreadsheet manually, or is it being updated through an external source/API?

some external flows will change my worksheet, after that workflow should automatically triggered. But it triggered manually
