Hi guys,

So I ap trying to create and make work my workflow called: Tag welcome call bookers in AC

We are trying to tag every who books this type of call with this specific tag in Active Campaign but it doesnt seem to trigger any ideas?

So, if you create a new tag then will process the tag without error. So, can you please elaborate on your use case briefly?

Thanks for the reply, we already tried changing the tag but still seems not to work

It's called: Tag welcome call bookers in AC, we are trying to tag only the clients who have not booked a welcome call with our company, so they receive a reminder to book a call, the process is: Calendly > Filter by Pabbly > Active Campaign
But it doesn't seem to add tags

Regarding your concern we suggest utilizing the "ActiveCampaign: Create or Update Contact" action step. This will not only add the desired tag but also create the contact if it does not already exist.
