workflow history missing ?

i have few workflow which are working fine today while checking the history there are few history missing and few are even older than a month. why it is so. ?
and do we have a video guide to setup pabbly connect manager so that i ca come to know when there is an workflow error. ?

The task history Id of the workflows will only be available for 15 days after its execution.

There is no internal feature available in the platform that once your workflow hit any error or failed tasks will notify you via your email.

Thank for the information, my history show workflow for last 15 days, all good and correct as per pabbly offering. but it also show some history too some older than 2 months which i think must not be there. ?

today being 12-12-2022
history goes back to date 28-11-2022 this is good
but also show history of September month dated 20 and 21 which i feel must not be there. please share you input.
