Workflow is missing emails intermittently

I authorize Pabbly Support to log in to my account and make changes to the specified workflow for troubleshooting.
I have a workflow that watches for email and fires automations based on what the parser finds. In the last 24 hours, the workflow has missed three e-mails. I have verified that they were sent from our server but there is no record of the email arriving at Pabbly. There are emails that are successful in between that are delivered via the same method. Is this a known issue?

Thanks for sharing the workflow details.

To investigate this further, could you please share screenshots or the complete details of the emails that were received but did not trigger the workflow? This will help us verify whether those emails reached the parser endpoint or not.

Once we have those details, we will review the issue and assist you accordingly.
