Workflow Not Getting Executed

Hi, I have a workflow running called "Delivered Status" which sends a message to customers through WATI whenever their order gets delivered. The shipment status is captured through an instant webhook from Shiprocket. This workflow was working fine till 15th Feb but is not working anymore. I tried troubleshooting by testing the webhook multiple times. There is a separate workflow based on the same webhook which seems to be working fine. Please help.

Upon reviewing the workflow task history, it appears that the workflow is being triggered correctly, and the messages are being delivered. However, many tasks in the history are paused at the filter step because the specified conditions were not met.

Could you please elaborate on the exact issue you are facing? This will help us assist you more effectively.

Hi Preeti, it seems that there was an error in the webhook URL. I created a separate workflow with a different webhook url and updated that in the shiprocket panel. That made the existing workflow inactive.
Is there a way to run two workflows with the same webhook URL?

Hello @naman181,

Shiprocket does not support setting up multiple webhooks.

If your use case can be achieved using a router or a data forwarder, you can try setting up your workflow that way
