Workflow not trigger action (Systeme.io to Mailerlite)

The webhook response from Systeme.io was captured but the action (to create group in Mailerlite) was not triggered. I have to manually click "save and send test request" to complete this task. And when that happened, no actual task was captured in the history. I have 3 webhook response sent in this workflow. So far, all faced the same issue. No automation.

Could you please assist?

We have already replied to you on the ticket that you created with us. Could you please share the workflow name to check the details? Also, could you please again submit the data in your workflow and let us know if you are still not getting the data in mailerlite app?
