Workflow not working suddenly

Hi,

We have a pabbly connect workflow/form embedded in our website. When the data is collected and sent to Monday.com, it is not activating the Monday.com automation because it's not sending the location input field that out client selects on our website.

It was working perfectly, until a week ago.

I have checked our workflow on Paddly Connect and they say active. Can you please help me understand why this workflow would suddenly stop working. The monday.com automations work as soon as I leave blank/remove the location field.
