Workflow runs twice

For some reason my workflow runs twice. The trigger is a webhook - post update and a filter (so just a specific post update). I added the workflow ID, as you see there will be instances where it was executed right after each other (1min delay) twice. I have a delay so I have 2 workflows that get then completed: https://prnt.sc/eIJ1ta_2IEVG
As you see for some reason one failed as well (sometimes happens, but shouldn't because the second exact same workflow works fine)

Please verify whether you've configured the same webhook URL multiple times within your triggering application. This is crucial, as the trigger event operates on a webhook basis, capturing data only when it's sent by the application.
