Workflow step details not expanding in Task History view (only in one specific workflow)

Hi team,


I’m experiencing an issue with one specific workflow in Pabbly. When I go to the Task History and try to expand the details of the steps (by clicking the dropdown arrows), the boxes slightly expand by a few pixels but don’t reveal any of the expected detailed data.

  • This only happens in one workflow.
  • I’ve tested other workflows and the Task History expands just fine for those.
  • I’ve already tried disabling all browser shields and extensions (I’m using Brave), and also tested in a private window, but the issue persists.
  • I also noticed that one of the steps failed in this workflow — could that be affecting the display?

We’d like to inform you that our team has recently made some updates to the Task History section. With these changes, you’ll now see the task history entry appear immediately after a task is performed. However, the detailed view (accessible by clicking the Task History ID) will only be available once the task is fully completed.

Regarding the issue you mentioned about not seeing a specific action or trigger response within a task — this could likely be due to a browser cache issue. We recommend clearing your browser cache and then checking again. I’ve personally encountered a similar issue, and clearing the cache resolved it.
