Workflow that handles Image download from an API response

We have a requirement where we need to retrieve an image from an API response, practically an image download. When attempting this from pabbly it is giving us "The application processed the request but returned a blank response. Refer to the HTTP status code above for details.", that is the blank response and we are unable to retrieve the image. Is there a way we can obtain this?

As of now, we are not supporting the image in response.
