Workflow triggered for long earlier closed cases

I have created the workflow to trigger and send case closure messages via chatflow when case marked as closed in Zoho CRM, however today for many cases which were closed even last year or before the workflow got triggered and templates were sent, can you please check and let me where's the issue and how can i correct it ?

Hello @taxajca,

Upon checking the task history, we can see that the last edited time for the entry is from today. Since your trigger is set to "Update Module Entry", any update to the module entry will trigger the workflow. That’s the reason you’re seeing a task history entry under your workflow.
