Workflow turns off - how to update when switching back on?

Hi Pabbly Team,

Quick question : one of my workflows turned off automatically (might it be because of high task consumption, interestingly it coincides with the day of billing). I only noticed a few days later. How can I update all the actions that happened in between? Will it happen automatically once I switch the workflow back on, or do I have to do something manual here?

Unfortunately, any trigger events that occurred during this period couldn't be processed automatically. You might need to process them up manually.

However, could you please share the trigger application where you have installed the webhook and the specific event that triggers the workflow? This will help us look into the possibility of processing the missed data.

Hi Preeti, thank you for getting back to me.
The trigger webhook stems from a platform called bsport and Pabbly is used to update members events from bsport in Mailchimp.

It appears that we do not have any direct integration with bsport, and it doesn’t seem to offer a publicly available API documentation. Due to this, processing the missed data automatically does not seem possible. You may need to manually process the required data in this case.
