Preeti requested I provide the workflow URL (attached here) and the details of two website entries I made.
The two titles I entered on Friday 6th Feb were:
Bosse-De-Nage - Hidden Fires Burn Hottest 2LP
BONO/BURATTINI - Ora Sono Un Lago LP

I would love to see these appear on my Insta and Facebook!

Thank you for sharing the details.

We have checked this with our team and found that this was an unintended case where the specific webhooks for the two products added during the downtime were not captured. Because of this, the workflow did not get triggered for those products, and the posts were not created on Instagram and Facebook.

As a workaround, you can:

  • Clone the existing workflow
  • Replace the trigger with a Scheduler
  • In the Get Product action, select the specific product from the dropdown
    • If it does not appear, turn on the Map option and paste the Product ID
  • Schedule the workflow to run at your preferred time
You can run the workflow separately for each of the two products using their respective product IDs, and the posts will be created as expected.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We recommend monitoring the workflow for future executions and letting us know if it works fine going forward.
