Workflow works when tested manually, but is not when automated.

The trigger is a specific word sent in Slack. Then added a filter by Pabbly so we can set the specific words.
Once that is sent, an email should be sent out to the recipient. The next action is getting a response in the Slack channel when the email is sent.

When we tried to test it manually, I received the email.
But when we input the specific word trigger in Slack and waited for a few minutes, the automation did not go through.

Is there an error in our process?

Please select 'Text' as your Filter Label, instead of 'Type'.
